Our Business Strategy

Our long-term strategy is to develop and produce multiple projects, in a variety of genres, price points, and types of venues. We believe that operation/control of the venue (including box office and food/beverage) is a key factor in creating profitable projects that are more affordably priced for our guests.

Having diverse projects increases our chances of building a successful company that can cross-market its customers and that is not reliant upon a single project for success. Whether it is movies, music recordings, or live events, the entertainment industry is known for enormous successes at the end of a road paved by failures.

We are going to ride a team of horses, not just one horse. Having said that, we cannot guarantee success. What we can guarantee is that our team will work diligently, tirelessly, and endlessly to make Fan Rebellion successful and profitable, cross-collateralizing assets to create a vertically integrated business that reduces cost. If we can do that, we will all benefit. Together.

Fan Rebellion productions make money through several revenue streams. The first is ticket sales. Over 32 million people visited Las Vegas in 2021, and they all wanted to be entertained. They gamble, yes, but they also buy tickets to shows and attractions. Lots of tickets. Fan Rebellion ticket sales will capture some of those tourist dollars.

The second revenue stream is merchandise sales. Every Fan Rebellion production will offer branded merchandise to show-goers. We will also offer show merchandise through our online e-store. We are currently talking with one of the entertainment industry’s leading merchandise suppliers to deliver high-quality show merchandise at reasonable prices.

The third revenue stream is touring. Fan Rebellion is already in talks to take successful productions on the road across the U.S. Touring productions present an opportunity to multiply ticket and merchandise sales far beyond the Las Vegas city limits.

Other types of Fan Rebellion projects open up other revenue streams. Ticketed Attractions not only generate ticket and merchandise sales; they generate revenue when the space is rented out for private functions. Operating entertainment venues gives Fan Rebellion – and you – the opportunity to generate revenue through food and beverage sales.
